“To Whom It May Concern: Three days. From listing to sold. Over asking price. But, of course, it takes more than three days to sell a home. It’s preparation, listing, and signing that make up a house sale, and Steve Laevastu guided us through each of these three steps. In preparing to sell our home, Steve provided his own personal advice and steered us to other professionals along the way. First, Steve provided a staging consultant who was able to give us advice on rearranging our home so as to appeal to the local niche buyer. We were also given recommendations on carpet cleaners and interior painters to spruce up our home. Partnering the stagers advice with a newly cleaned and painted home enabled the photographer Steve engaged for us to take pictures for the MLS website that showed off our now turn-key home. On day one of our listing Steve began interfacing with agents who were showing our home. One buying agent sent a home inspector on day two. We now have an agent in another west coast state helping us look for a new residence. Remotely, she is providing us excellent service, which makes sense since Steve referred us to her. “I selected Steve as my listing broker even though a competing listing broker was a professional colleague and friend. Steve caught my interest initially because a client of mine, a high-end custom builder, swore by him.
